1 General Provisions

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

ace36 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. ace36 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

New users on ace36 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 20 times (20x).

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is applicable only once and can be received only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• ace36 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, ace36 may forfeit the bonus and close the account.

ace36's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback increases as you move to higher tiers — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond. ace36 reserves the right to change VIP terms at any time.

5 Gaming Rules

ace36 is committed to ensuring fair and transparent gaming. The outcome of all games is determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG).

5.2 Prohibited Activities
